We are seeking a skilled Workday Analyst II - Total Rewards! The Workday Analyst II will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing complex Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Absence solutions. With limited supervision, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of all Total Rewards Workday solutions. Location: Remote - Continental US
What you will do:
- Lead and support the Total Rewards workstream on a Workday implementation project, demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
- Research and resolve day to day Workday Total Rewards process and configuration issues and design solutions that ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
- Work with HR and business stakeholder to support new requirements for Total Rewards in Workday and create and update Workday configurations and enhancements based on requirement changes
- Manage, create, and provide support for required Total Rewards reporting, including support for year-end reporting, Merit and Planning, and other mid-year and year-end activities in Workday
- Identify strategies, risks and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements and perform ongoing audits to ensure data integrity and accurate configuration
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods
- Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications
- Manage Workday release enhancements to ensure technical and functional requirements are tested and adopted in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- 4 Year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 6 Years of Workday experience overall having a minimum of 3 years in Workday configuration
- 3 years of experience with HRIS/Total Rewards software such as ADP Ev5, ADPeTime, Kronos, Benefitfocus, or Payfactors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Skills
- Workday Certified
- Configuration experience in other workstreams such as HCM, Payroll, Talent, etc

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $141,700 ( 10% bonus) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
