Primary responsibilities include working with internal clients and vendors and purchasing HVAC-related inventory. Interact with vendors, dealers, and manufacturers to provide solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Position Responsibilities may include:
- Perform activities in the vendor purchasing program admin function
- Ensure products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner
- Help determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary
- Assist in inventory analysis and maintenance
- Work with vendors and service providers to get prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
- Serve as a liaison between vendors and the sales staff
- Work with Manager to seek approvals as needed
- Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with the internal customers (users) and outside vendors/ suppliers
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be able to multi-task
- Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Experience:
- 3-5 years
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred.
