Assists the Branch Manager provide guidance and leadership to the branch team. Helps ensure a smooth and effective experience for all aspects of branch operations including sales experience, customer service, pickup and delivery. Helps the branch build its sales by helping to grow and maintain house accounts through active Dealer communication of new product launches, sales and or discounts via outbound calls and in-house counter discussions. Partner with region Territory Sales Managers and ASM as well as other stakeholders to help drive territory coverage and maintain positive dealer relationships. Works with Branch Manager to ensure the branch meets new business plans, processes are followed including sales, warranties, shipping, and housekeeping best practices at all times. Works closely with the CSR Manager and/or CSR Coordinator/Lead CSR to assign showroom duties to CSR’s.
Oversee House Accounts on behalf of the branch and assign sales goals to CSR’s as agreed by the BM. Help generate sales by partnering with management including Parts, Sales and Operations to market company product lines, as well as manage new and existing accounts. Work closely with the warehouse and manufacturing to ensure receiving, order coordination and fulfillment for all products sold by the branch are managed efficiently and within budget. Assist BM manage the warehouse and its contents as well as provide leadership to the warehouse staff. Works closely with the Warehouse Manager and/or Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate and assign warehouse duties and inventory management including packing, pulling/checking customer orders, replenishment, shipping and material handling
Position Responsibilities may include;
Assist Branch Manager in leadership duties for all branch employees including team management and supervision
Face to face interaction with customers, with the ability to complete transactions using Mincron.
Back up Branch Manager duties including employee relations, timekeeping, inventory control, asset protection and administrative duties.
Actively ensure warehouse and showroom are fully stocked, clean and presentable at all times
Delegate sales and operations duties to ensure effective work flow and accountability for branch goals and work performance.
Provide feedback on performance as required.
Foster a culture where quality customer service in a competitive environment requiring teamwork, efficiency, cross training, and a willingness to continually improve.
Actively motivate team and lead by example to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Assist Branch Manager proactively fill open positions; review resumes and interview potential candidates.
Train, coach and develop employees
Lead onboarding and training of new hires.
Participates and/or leads improvement efforts/projects as assigned.
Captures & compiles data relating to branch operations and participates in projects as assigned.
Receive and process orders from customer and representatives for shipment from designated manufacturing plants
Develop and execute efficient fleet management.
Ensure branch safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
Will manage to documented Work Instructions provided by the organization
Conduct quality assurance checks with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Lead by example to provide new and current customers with product information including pricing, delivery, inventory and /or backorder availability
Work with Branch Manager to ensure standard operating procedures of the company are followed and maintain high standards for quality, service, and integrity

Education/Certification:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
College degree strongly preferred.
