Summary Description:
The Hearth Install Department Order Entry position is responsible for accurately entering customer orders, ensuring that builder schedules are up to date. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all relevant details are accurate.
- Update builder schedules to ensure timely installations.
- Coordinate with co-workers as needed to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and assist with special projects as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and using order management systems.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
