The Security Administrative Assistant provides support for the security department, including general office duties and customer service. Essential administrative support to the security department. This role involves managing records, coordinating security-related activities, and assisting with various tasks. Ensures work aligns with business unit needs and objectives.
Position Responsibilities may include;
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Generate, analyze and deliver security reports as required.
- Monitor user access activities and enforce access control policies.
- Respond to incidents and investigate security breaches.
- Train users on security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with policies.
- Perform general office duties; provide administrative / sales service for both internal / external customers.
- Manage contact lists including phone and email.
- Create, update and maintain electronic and hard copy documents / files.
- Assist with processing of employee security investigations.
- Prepare documents, filing and other general offices duties as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phones, correspondence, process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Read and analyze memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Order and maintain supplies including office supplies, business cards, etc.
- Perform additional projects. / duties to support ongoing business needs.
