Facility is seeking a EM physician for a Permanent Opening. They are willing to do as a locum trial to perm as well.
Located in Wisconsin- We are able to license in Wisconsin easily.
Details-
Schedule Details
- 24-hour shifts (8 am – 8 am)
- 7 shifts per month
- Rotating holidays and weekends
Historic ED Volumes:
- 10,000 per year approximately
Incentives offered:
- Sign on Bonus - $20,000
- Relocation Bonus - $10,000 in expenses to relocate your residence within one year of employment start date
- CME Allowance - $6,500
- Incentives for extra shifts/holiday
Candidate Qualification:
- Current or able to apply for a valid, unrestricted license from the State of Wisconsin
- American Board of Emergency Medicine certified in the field of Family Practice with ED experience/training, Internal Medicine with ED experience/training, or Emergency Medicine preferred
- New Graduates must be board-eligible and become Board-Certified within one year of employment
- Certifications: ATLS, PALS, & ACLS required unless ABEM Certified
