Pay : $16.50 - $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

- Resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Process orders, track shipments, and provide updates to customers.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services as needed.
