Job Description

The Data Entry Customer Service Representative will handle data input tasks and assist customers with inquiries and issues. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Job: Full time

Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enter customer information, orders, and other data into company systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and verify data for completeness and consistency.
• Assist customers via phone, email, or in person with inquiries, orders, and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
