Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer information, orders, and other data into company systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and verify data for completeness and consistency.
- Assist customers via phone, email, or in person with inquiries, orders, and problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
- Provide information about company products, services, and policies.
Requirements:
