This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.
This is a hybrid position with the office located in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).

Your love for data, product, and strategy make you the ideal candidate for this position.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience in SEO and SEM
- 1 year experience in HubSpot or equivalent platform
- 1 year experience in Google Analytics
- Experience in product marketing preferred
- Experience in Shopify or equivalent platform preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiative for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Track and analyze data surrounding marketing efforts and suggest improvements
- Identify target markets and conduct market research
- Identify growth opportunities and form short and long-term plans
- Develop marketing campaigns that resonate with our target market
- Develop, manage, and execute campaigns and workflows in HubSpot
- Conduct A/B testing
- Work with product and marketing teams to identify customer needs and improve user experience
- Plan and optimize marketing campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and communicate to content creators
- Development and implement SEO strategy to drive web traffic
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000 based upon experience.
