What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Daily Grill?

Headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, Grill Concepts, Inc, is a national restaurant company with 6 restaurants in three states. The Company boasts 2 different, yet complimentary brands, spanning the spectrum from Casual Daily Grill to the hip and trendy Public School Gastro Pubs.

We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality focused team members to join our team!

Job Responsibilities :

Clearing and setting tables
Ensuring supplies are stocked at tables
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area
Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day
Assisting guests as needed
Assist in running food and drinks

Job Requirements :

Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays

Experience preferred

Strong multi-tasking ability, with the ability to work well under pressure

Positive and Professional Attitude

Must be at least 18 years old

Must present a Food Handlers card within 30 days of hire

Must be comfortable with repetitive movements

Must be able to walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist for 4-12 hours / day

Must be able to push, pull, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
