Daily Thermetrics, a leader in high-quality manufacturing, is seeking a skilled QA Inspector. This role ensures product safety, reliability, and quality by independently performing inspections using advanced techniques to detect corrosion, defects and other conditions.
The QA Inspector conducts inspections, interprets findings and reports results per company and engineering standards, while effectively communicating with customers, engineering teams, and management.
Production positions may be assigned to either of the following full-time work schedules :
- First Shift : Monday - Friday 5 : 00 am - 1 : 30 pm
- Second Shift : Monday - Friday 1 : 30 pm - 10 : 00 pm
Job Duties :
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.Adhere strictly to QA standards and practices, as well as sales order and engineering requirements.Conduct all assigned QA inspections, testing, and calibration duties.Assist non-certified inspectors or new hires with on-the-job training and guidance.Perform or attain job-required Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certification as necessary.Carry out inspections for which qualifications or certifications are held.Accurately interpret and report the results of inspections to relevant stakeholders.Benefits :
