Position Summary :
This position is primarily responsible for assisting every guest in checking in and out and making resort
guest feel welcome. This position requires that all guests be greeted as they enter the lobby and that the
front desk associate is attentive to all guest needs. This position will also answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments as needed. Lastly, this position will be working with Night Audit functions, such as : reconciliation, and organization of Night Audit reports. This position primarily works overnight, 3rd shift, hours.
Specific Responsibilities :
Core duties and responsibilities include the following : Other duties may be assigned.
- Adhere to all resort safety procedures and regulations
- Assists guests and ensures that any issues or challenges are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
- Processes guest check in and offers additional services that the guest may need.
- Answer telephones and direct incoming calls.
- Perform night audit functions such as : key logs, filing of registration cards, release room holds, sort receipts based on transaction data, and process room stay overs.
- Maintains a cordial, professional relationship with all staff members and customers. Assists with special projects as required
- Previous experience in hotel / resort.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with demonstrated flexibility
Managerial Responsibilities :
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Experience :

Education :
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Flexible Scheduling :
Must be able to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as required.
Physical Demands :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee Is required to use his / her hands and fingers to feel, and reach for objects of various sizes, shapes, and weight.
The employee will occasionally be required to climb a step ladder or balance and, to talk, to hear and / or smell. The employee must regularly push, pull, lift and / or move 10-25 lbs. And occasionally push, pull, lift and / or move 50 or more pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus on various settings. Good customer service skills are a must.

This position is highly visible in all resort areas. Team member must present a professional appearance and must adhere to all Operating Procedures and Standards of Appearance set by Daily Management and the Resort.
