POSITION SUMMARY
The Daily Wire is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager of Fulfillment Operations to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager of Fulfillment Operations with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, managing a team of warehouse associates, and ensuring the efficient and timely processing of customer orders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Operations Management
Assist the Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
Supervision and Team Leadership
Supervise a team of warehouse associates and provide guidance and leadership as needed. Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure efficient workflow.
Inventory Accuracy and Process Efficiency
Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records. Use warehouse management software to track inventory and orders.
Other Duties as Assigned
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Education
At minimum a High School Diploma or GED.
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
-4 years of previous professional work experience in a similar role preferred
-Proven track record of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
-Ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Comfortable working in a dynamic, start-up environment
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-Proficiency in warehouse management software
-Proactive and comfortable with taking initiative, but also with following taking direction and receiving feedback
-Thrive tackling new challenges and maintain a positive attitude while doing so
-G-suite proficiency

Compensation: Dependent upon experience
