What are the responsibilities and job description for the Platform Manager position at Daily Wire?
The Daily Wire is seeking a Platform Manager to own the strategy, deployment, and continuous improvement of our marketing technology stack. In this role, you’ll ensure our tools/platforms are fully integrated, and scalable, to directly support our business objectives. You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, analytics, and engineering to boost performance through data-driven automation and innovative solutions.
\n- Lead the management and optimization of the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, email, analytics, and customer data platforms.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools to support scalable and efficient marketing initiatives.
- Ensure system reliability, accurate data flow, and optimal performance through ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
- Enable and support campaign execution through platform automation, audience segmentation, and personalized workflows.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to enhance lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and customer journey orchestration.
- Maintain a continuous feedback loop with campaign owners to improve platform capabilities and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms and facilitate precise tracking, reporting, and campaign attribution.
- Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools to monitor marketing and platform performance.
- Partner with analytics teams to transform raw data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Develop and enforce best practices, governance policies, and documentation for platform usage and data compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Act as the primary contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and vendor communications.
- Train internal teams on platform tools and serve as a strategic advisor on the full range of platform capabilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo,
- Segment, Google Analytics, Braze, or similar
- Proficient in managing integrations via APIs, webhooks, and tag managers
- Analytical mindset with experience working with reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration, campaign automation, and lead lifecycle management
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus
