DailyLook is a fast-growing e-commerce fashion company which is a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE:VSCO). DailyLook is seeking a top performing, self-motivating Client Service Specialist. The Client Service department is a key factor in DailyLook's success and we value exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping customers. This is a remote position.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding order history, store credit, promotions, shipments, and cancellations.
- Retain clients who may be thinking of canceling.
- Communicate with CS supervisor to correct and proactively address customer complaints/issues.
- Assist clients with all concerns via live chat, email, and inbound calling with professional and personalized service.
- Partner with our styling and warehouse team to resolve customer concerns.
- Utilize data entry to log customer feedback, complaints and inquiries.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven customer service experience
- Typing speed: Minimum 40 words per minute
- Reliable internet connection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with technology: Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Teamwork: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-solving: Proven ability to handle unexpected challenges and think critically
- Professional communication: Clear and effective communication of company policies and information to clients
- Complaint handling: Ability to address customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Industry knowledge: Passion for the fashion industry (preferred)
- Availability: Must be able to work various shifts, from morning to evening, with potential weekend work depending on business needs.
