The Role:
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator who thrives on delighting DailyPay’s best assets - our employees. The People Operations Coordinator has a customer-first mindset who likes to problem solve and help others by resolving inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and empathetic manner - every time. You like to ask probing questions to fully understand inquiries and leverage all of your available resources to communicate effectively and accurately. You are also a curious individual who is passionate about process improvement and can create and design business processes with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Time sensitivity and prioritization is important to you and you pride yourself on your ability to be efficient and responsive. This role sits within the Shared Services Team located in our New York office.

United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Timely resolution of basic employment and benefits related inquiries providing efficient and effective service to DailyPay employees
- Exceptional data entry and integrity efforts supported by reconciliation and validation that result in accurate employment records
- Coordinate all aspects of the people operations portion of the onboarding process; ensure ongoing communication across the enterprise and where appropriate lead efforts to ensure a successful experience
- Assist with benefits administration including leave tracking, invoices, and operational support with enrollment and events
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle for all employees; supporting onboarding & offboarding process and associated data changes
- Serve as initial point of contact for basic PO and benefits related requests, escalating when necessary
- Analyze problems and formulate solutions through research and investigation
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience
- 1 years of HR experience
- Exceptional communication skills to provide appropriate and timely updates to team members and business leaders, attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, high sense of urgency and responsiveness, all while juggling multiple critical requests
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism
- A high comfort level with reviewing data, metrics, reporting, and identifying patterns is required
