Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients in a medical/surgical setting.
Requirements:
- strong/proficient Pediatric care experience required
- PALS (AHA) required
- Adult care experience as they will be working Pediatric/Adult observation unit
- Epic - EMR
Certification Requirements
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)

Duties
- Perform triage and assess patient conditions
- Adhere to medical standards and protocols
- Provide home care instructions and support
- Assist with family planning education
- Care for pediatric patients
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Possess knowledge of travel nursing practices
- Conduct procedures such as catheterization and spinal taps
- Administer botulinum toxin treatments
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred
- Proficiency in triage and patient assessment
- Familiarity with family planning practices
- Pediatric care experience is a plus
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of travel nursing procedures
- Competency in performing catheterizations and spinal taps
- Experience administering botulinum toxin treatments
