Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide excellent care to patients and residents. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities like personal hygiene, repositioning, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of experience and a passion for helping others in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation:
- Local: $21 - $24 per hour
- Travel: $25 - $28 per hour
Basic Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in patient care
- Provide physical support for daily activities and personal hygiene
- Answer patient calls and determine the best assistance
- Reposition bedridden patients and ensure patient comfort
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration rate)
- Assist with dietary needs, medication reminders, and reporting symptoms
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Stay current with CNA training and facility policies
