Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit on the night shift. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patients in their recovery journey. This position is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to build their clinical skills in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the inpatient rehabilitation unit.
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and implement care plans as directed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Qualifications:
- License: Active RN license in Oklahoma or Compact.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior rehab or acute care experience is a plus.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) & NIH required
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
