About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Daimanta Solutions Private Limited. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Participate in care plan meetings with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in a long-term care or geriatric nursing setting preferred.
- Compact/Single State LPN License.
- EMR/Charting Experience.
- Covid Vaccinated/Medical Exemption.
- 2 Professional References.
