Inside the Role
The Product Validation Engineering (PVE) vehicle integration team is responsible for sub-system and full vehicle electrical and electronic validation of DTNA products. This includes our Freightliner, Western Star, Medium Duty and Electrical Vehicles platforms. Our validation is conducted in the workshop, on the road, and at offsite testing facilities. This group interfaces with many departments in the organization including TT / S and Chassis Engineering.
Your role will focus on validation of feature content across DTNA vehicle platforms including our series products and eVehicles. You will be responsible for writing test cases, providing feedback to design and performing root cause analysis as issues are found. This testing will typically be performed on the vehicle through our bi-yearly integration workshops.

Position offers a starting salary range of $67,500.00 - $86,500.00 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Perform vehicle integration validation for vehicle software features
- Write and execute test cases and report on issues found during vehicle integration workshops
- Document issues in JIRA and track them along with design counterparts to closure
- Participate in ongoing continuous improvement activities within the vehicle integration test department
- Perform troubleshooting activities during vehicle preparation phase to ensure our test platforms are ready for validation
