Inside the Role
Responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns. Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

What You Drive at DTNA
- Ensures on time delivery of components to Canton Distribution Center to ensure the right parts are delivering at the right time to the DTNA Parts Distribution Centers and ultimately, DTNA end customers
- Manages deck of 50 major suppliers, 200 minor suppliers, ensuring low levels of backorders and high fill rates
- Interact with suppliers to improve delivery timing and overcome capacity constraints, utilizing practical problem solving techniques
- Collaborates with Canton PDC Operations team to prioritize parts through receiving, kitting, shipping
- Communicate and escalate internally any challenges to meeting KPI targets
- Work collaboratively with cross functional groups (purchasing, accounts payable, IT) to ensure seamless delivery of parts from supply base to PDC and customers
- Work in SAP environment to forecast, plan, and procure components. Provide continuous improvement ideas for streamlining SAP planning processes
