The Transformation Acceleration Manager plays a crucial role in driving and bringing together continuous improvement, data analytics and digital transformation within Daimler Truck Financial Services North America. This role focuses on accelerating transformation efforts by leading cross-functional collaboration, identifying opportunities for operational and organizational improvements, and ensuring the seamless integration of new strategies, processes, and systems. In addition, the Transformation Acceleration Manager will execute strategy and structure both for new and existing business, supporting all functions with the constant development of measures related to strategic or key developments across DTFS North America markets.
This individual will be responsible for the co-development and implementation strategies related to organizational transformation, particularly in areas such as digital innovation, process optimization, and operational scalability. The role involves designing and managing special projects, including company-wide strategic programs, to improve the end-to-end operations and overall efficiency, while assisting in the execution of strategies to maximize efficiencies and profitable growth. You will champion the cause of change, rally the troops and instill transformative thinking and innovative mindsets across DTFS NA. By working closely with DTFS leadership, the Transformation Acceleration Manager will identify and consolidate opportunities for operational enhancements, oversee the implementation and governance of transformation projects, and drive cultural change to align with long-term strategic goals.

What You Drive at DTFS
- Oversee the design and execution of scalable strategies and mechanisms for process improvements, system enhancements, and cultural shifts to maximize efficiencies and foster profitable growth. Prioritize scalable process improvements with cultural shifts that align with organizational growth and the RISE program. Create transparency and opportunities that can be derived from implementing digital transformation - 30%
- Ensure business analysis and co-development of growth opportunities, including profitability accelerators, product innovations and new technologies aligned with DTFS NA's RISE program. Align with the DTFS ExCom and DTFS Global ExCom. Collaborate closely with DTFS functional areas (e.g., Credit and Operations, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Controlling), customers, dealers, and DTNA to identify opportunities for business model enhancements. This also includes leaders involved in Continuous Improvement, Data Science, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation and other stakeholders relevant for the implementation of RISE initiatives. Drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation - 20%
- Build and maintain a highly functioning team that is able to deliver on organizational priorities. Lead, coach, and develop employees to top potential. Ensure the empowerment to achieve organizational goals supporting transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of transformative thinking, and driving the adoption of new technologies and processes - 20%
- Ensure the governance of the RISE Transformation is seamless and all information required for transparency, potential escalations, as well as necessary foresight, is managed. Ensure effective communication and alignment of activities and knowledge transfer of implemented improvements to others, including the Change Management Team. Manage risk and resistance to change through awareness creation and training. Also, equally ensure the Change Management Team is fed with the information needed to enable the right level of people engagement for awareness creation, training, risk and resistance management, etc. - 10%
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute the RISE strategy and structure for both new and existing business. Connect the dots regarding the various initiatives running with teammates and within the various information exchange groups including the Transformation Office Team / TEG / Project Leaders forum. Drive transformation initiatives that unlock future growth and optimize operational processes, while supporting the strategic development in all DTFS North America markets - 10%
- Monitor market trends and play a key role in introducing new technologies and processes, assisting the transformation team in governance and reporting. Enable data-driven decision making by tracking key metrics to be able to measure the impact of the changes. Utilize data minding and analytics to provide insight and identify areas of opportunity - 10%
