Maintenance Systems Coordinator
Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a skilled Maintenance Systems Coordinator to oversee daily plant maintenance operations and projects at our Kemps Plant in Farmington, MN. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will ensure production schedules are met and plant efficiencies are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Generate and schedule maintenance work orders and track department/plant projects, including emergency maintenance work activities.
- Create reports and analyses to share with the manager.
- Partner with vendors, customers, and external resources as needed.
- Coordinate material requests and oversee the purchasing of items/materials with suppliers according to plant schedules and project timelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a two-year technical degree or certification in electrical, instrumentation, high-pressure steam, or boiler operations is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a maintenance department; manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of high-speed, multi-line production, packaging, and processing equipment preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office is required.
- CMMS experience with MVP or other PM systems is required; JDE experience is a plus.
