Maintenance Systems Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Systems Coordinator to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America's Kemps Plant in Farmington, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily plant maintenance operations and projects, ensuring production schedules are met and plant efficiencies are maintained.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance work orders, including scheduling and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, and external resources to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze data and create reports to inform decision-making and drive improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma required; a two-year technical degree or certification in electrical, instrumentation, high-pressure steam, or boiler operations is a plus.
* 3-5 years of experience working in a maintenance department; manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
* Working knowledge of high-speed, multi-line production, packaging, and processing equipment preferred.
* Strong computer proficiency with MS Office is required.
* CMMS experience with MVP or other PM systems is required; JDE experience is a plus.
