QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma, vocational training, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications or experience in HVAC, refrigeration, desired but not required.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in facility and production maintenance environment.
Experience with boilers, chillers, & refrigeration systems desired but not required.
Technical Skills
Experience with conveyor systems, including, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of case erecting and folding systems, including operation and repair.
Safety Knowledge:
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA standards. (LOTO) Lock Out tag out Arc Flash Desired.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues related to electro/mechanical systems and perform root cause analysis on equipment failures.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50Lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks.
Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Tools and Equipment:
Own basic hand tool and be proficient with power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to navigate through a computer and MS Office.
Familiarity with (CMMS), MVP is a plus.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail in completing tasks and documenting maintenance.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to assist and train others as needed.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
- Identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment and facilities, using diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to minimize downtime.
- Conducting repairs on machinery and equipment, as well as making modifications or upgrades to enhance performance and safety.
- Adhering to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including GMPs and SOPs, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to track equipment performance and compliance.
- Working closely with production teams and other maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly and support production goals.
- Continuously updating skills and knowledge related to new technologies, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Pay range $34.70 per hour.
- Swing and graveyard wage differentials.
