Job Title: Coolers Operations Team Member
Job Summary: We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cooler Maintenance Technician. This role involves working closely with our cheese makers to package and label cheese correctly, maintain daily checks on equipment, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging and labeling cheese correctly.
- Organizing cheese in the cooler.
- Assisting the cheese maker and table man.
- Moving cheese to the press.
- Working in cut, wrap, box, weigh, and palletize finished cheese.
- Moving cheese to the cooler via fork lift.
- Sorting loads.
- Maintaining daily checks on scales, metal detector, and fork lift.
- Cleaning and sanitizing throughout the cheese production area.
- Cleaning cheese socks and hoops.
- Dressing cheese hoops.
- Making boxes.
Qualifications:
