Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
* Manage and coordinate maintenance work orders, including scheduling and tracking progress.
* Collaborate with vendors, customers, and external resources to achieve business objectives.
* Analyze data and create reports to inform decision-making and drive improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, maintenance management).
* 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of high-speed production processes and equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., MVP, JDE).
