Main Responsibilities:
- Support the cheese maker in daily activities
- Operate machinery to transfer cheese to the press
- Work in various settings including cutting, wrapping, boxing, weighing, and palletizing finished cheese
- Move cheese to the cooler using a forklift
- Efficiently sort loads
- Regularly inspect equipment including scales, metal detectors, and forklifts
