What are the responsibilities and job description for the SUMMER 2025 ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN position at Dairy Farmers of America?
Primary Duties / Responsibilities :
Assist production managers and supervisors with administrative responsibilities to include reporting, data entry, and tracking supplies and inventories
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for production leadership team
Performing minor accounting duties
Assist team in organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and taking notes during meeting
Creating reporting and ensure timely visuals, reviewing publications, communications
Support projects and initiatives of other departments as needed
Must have proven experience handling and maintaining sensitive and confidential information
Must maintain professionalism at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
- Requirements
The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a degree focus in Business or related field.
