What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer 2025 HR Data Intern position at Dairy Farmers of America?
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an HR Model analyzing core HR metrics against key KPIs:
- Analyze the impact of HR metric on key business metrics.
- Conduct focus groups to gather insights and support your analysis.
- Present findings to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
- Build a Power BI dashboard to visualize and report time-off utilization data.
Review and revise existing dashboards to improve the user experience through the minimization of clicks, simplification of visuals and filters, and implementation of mobile views.
Support the broader team with ad hoc and recurring reports, as necessary.
The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program (junior or above) with a degree focus in Analytics, IO/Psych, Sociology, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
