What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer 2025 Manufacturing Sustainability Intern position at Dairy Farmers of America?
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Evaluate plant sustainability and emission data
- Develop alternatives for plant waste to divert from landfill
- Model waste data to predict totals if alternatives are implemented
- Develop a cost model for plants to implement alternatives
- Other data analysis as assigned
The qualified candidate will be a junior or senior enrolled in an undergraduate Environmental Science, Food Science, Manufacturing, Business Operations or Analytics program
