Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within the facility.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers and staff during maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
Skills
- Proficient in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Competence in residential painting techniques to enhance facility appearance.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication.
