As a Chill Crew Closer, you will play a key role in assembling and presenting delicious treat orders to our valued customers. Join us in providing exceptional customer service and upholding our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure accurate order delivery
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment
• Work as a team to maintain quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
• Stock and maintain chill area
• Clean and organize work areas
• Inform supervisors of any issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Availability to include evening shifts till at least 11pm
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move items as needed
• Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Stand for long periods and work in varying temperature ranges
• Interact with the public and co-workers constantly
• Follow food handling procedures and health regulations
• Exhibit good manners, hygiene, and positive attitude
