Crew Member/Cashier

As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food preparation and dining areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high-quality presentation.
• Sanitate workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas regularly to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store setting.
• Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry, grocery store, or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, sanitation practices, and customer engagement techniques.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
