Job Description
To create positive memories for all who touch DQ. We have needs for crew member for DairyQueen Grill & Chill.
Our goal is to make our customers happy with premium product, quick service, and an excellent overall experience. All crew are an integral part of our team that ensure customer satisfaction and ultimately create fans of the DQ brand.
Experience Needed:
- Food service is highly preferred but most important is work ethic, dependability and a desire to grow and learn!
-Quick service restaurant experience
Skills/Competencies Needed:
- Customer focus - strong hospitality and customer service skills, enjoys engaging with the customer.
- Organization and goal focus - must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the capability to
oversee many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical- proficiency with computers and with Point of Sale systems or ability to learn
- Flexibility and adaptability -willingness to follow directions and a commitment to meet DQ and
standards in all you do.
- Integrity- does the right thing even when no one is looking, honest, earns trust of others.
-Must have reliable transportation
