We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Crew Member to join our team! As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly during your shift.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and take accurate orders
- Prepare and assemble food items following company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining and kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking and restocking supplies as needed
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system
- Address customer inquiries and provide a great dining experience
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in food service is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidate!
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a fun and efficient team
