Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, order taking, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

Duties

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Take customer orders accurately using the Aloha POS system and handle payments.
• Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas throughout your shift.
• Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety practices, and math skills for handling transactions is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.61 per hour
