Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after guests to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory management.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations or food service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of retail math and ability to perform simple calculations is beneficial.
- Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
