Shift Manager –
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As
a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our
establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work
environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent
communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
experiences.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise the performance of team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with team and other members of
management
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or
complaints
- Train and mentor new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate items needed with GM
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health codes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficient in food service management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
