Customer Supply Chain Analyst

The customer supply chain analyst/demand planner is part of the customer relations team. We are an extremely close-knit team who provides best in class customer service, while acting as the liaison to our customers (approx.1,000 customers). The team oversees all facets of inventory, ensuring product is in the right place, at the right quantity, at the right time, and at the right price. While maintaining day to day tasks, the analyst will also work on projects to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains across the supply chain.

The analyst will:

• Act as a supply chain liaison between Daisy Brand and the customer, overseeing approximately 100-150 total customers
• Manage and forecast demand and inventory for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Co-managed customers, while also creating sales orders for VMI customers
• Process order management principals from start to finish, which entails appointment scheduling practices and price synchronization
• Use historical data, market and category trends, and promotional information to perform forecast analyses within all the different product lines
• Assist in developing and improving innovative supply chain processes and systems
• Provide leadership and resolution for Daisy Brand customers on various issues
• Interact with multiple departments and adapt to a continuously changing supply chain landscape
• Provide assistance with end consumer feedback data

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred 2 years' experience related to forecasting, demand planning, or purchasing
• Supply chain experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Project management, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office - Excel experience with pivot tables
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-reliant person who enjoys working independently, but also a team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills
