Daisy's Nashville Lounge in Patchogue, NY is looking for an EXPERIENCED bar back. We are located on 22 W Main St Ste #11. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Backup bartender
- Refill low and empty and bar stocks
- Change kegs
- Clear empty glasses
- Clean and replenish glass supply
- Restock ice
- Manage can, bottle and keg returns on a daily basis.
- Adapt to changes.
- Stock deliveries.
Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Knowledge of liquor bottles, beers, etc.
- Ability to lift and tap new kegs.
- Proactive at identifying and completing work needs
- Ability to follow directions and complete them in a timely manner.
- Must be available weekends and holidays.
