Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Help with food preparation and serving as needed to support the overall operation.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure efficient service.
- Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations regarding food handling.
- Bus tables and assist with clearing dishes to maintain a tidy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
