Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Host to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage reservations, takeout orders, and ensure efficient table turnover.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the lobby and restrooms.
- Provide excellent guest relations by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Assist servers with taking orders and delivering food and drinks to tables.
- Manage the point of sale system, including operating the Aloha POS system.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Help with the maintenance of the restaurant, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.

Skills:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Proficiency in operating a POS system, including the Aloha POS system.
- Excellent guest services and hospitality skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.99 - $16.00 per hour
