What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Counselor position at Daisy's Place?
Daisy's Place is currently hiring for mental health clinicians for our in home program. Clinicians will be required to provide in person services for youth and families. Clinicians are required to participate in a mandatory meeting once a month, complete progress notes, and meet with youth and families weekly. Clinicians will also be required to complete treatment plans as well as behavioral support plans for behavioral assistants. Schedule is flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging in weekly sessions for authorized times
- Documenting progress notes with 72 hours
- Creating and updating treatment plans and BA plans
- Completing collateral contact calls with partners such as care management organizations, DCPP, and FSO
- Mandatory monthly supervision meetings

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
