Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations In a restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Oversee staff training programs to enhance team performance and service delivery.
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu items that meet customer preferences.
Requirements
