About the Role:
We are looking for multiple entry-level Warehouse Associate positions at our Fargo facility. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to company standards
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Complete and process shipping documentation, including labels and customs forms.
- Retrieve, preserve, package, and organize parts ranging from bolts and washers to larger items like transmissions and whole aircraft components.
- Research part details, input data into inventory systems, and ensure accuracy in every detail.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment, following all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace apps (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!).
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Someone with mechanical interest or experience.
