2nd Shift Welding Team Lead
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced 2nd Shift Welding Team Lead to join our manufacturing plant. The Welding Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating welding operations, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of all welding processes. This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in welding, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of welders, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Coordinate daily welding activities, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to meet production targets.
- Train and mentor welding team members on proper welding techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.

Qualifications
