We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Touch-Up Painter to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Touch-Up Painter will be responsible for ensuring that the final product meets our quality standards by performing touch-up painting on truck bodies. This role is essential in maintaining the cosmetic and functional integrity of the products we produce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform touch-up painting on truck bodies to ensure a smooth, uniform finish.
- Inspect products for imperfections and address paint defects, chips, and scratches.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Prepare painting surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate paint sprayers, brushes, and other painting equipment efficiently.
- Mix paint to the appropriate color and consistency as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of touch-up work completed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work area.

Qualifications
